SimplyCakeCo Discount Code & Promo Codes October 2026

Simply Cake Co is a UK bakery specialising in gooey brownies and other handmade sweet treats. The company says it was launched in 2017 after its founder wanted to create cakes that tasted as good as they looked. What began with weekend market stalls developed into a letterbox-friendly online bakery serving customers across the UK.

The current range includes brownies, blondies, cookies, edible cookie dough, afternoon tea boxes, gift cards and personalised brownie products. Simply Cake Co also offers vegan and gluten-free options, along with products designed for birthdays, weddings, teacher gifts, exam results and other occasions.

Simply Cake Co Discount Codes

A Simply Cake Co discount code can help shoppers reduce the cost of eligible orders when a promotion is available. The bakery's FAQ directs customers to its mailing list for welcome offers, while the website currently promotes a Treat Club offer for new subscribers.

Simply Cake Co also provides savings through selected products rather than relying only on coupon codes. Its Build Your Own Bundle, for example, allows customers to combine different treats and currently advertises a 10% saving.

How to Use a Simply Cake Co Coupon Code

To use a Simply Cake Co coupon code:

1. Visit the Simply Cake Co website.
2. Choose your brownies, cookies, blondies or other treats.
3. Add the products to your basket.
4. Continue to checkout.
5. Enter an eligible promotional code if one is available.
6. Apply the code and check that the discount has been reflected in your order.
7. Review delivery details and the final total.
8. Complete your purchase.

If a coupon does not work, check its expiry date, eligibility requirements and whether it can be combined with another offer.

How to Save at Simply Cake Co

One way to save is to use the store's Build Your Own Bundle. The current product page states that customers can combine favourite selections and save 10%, making it useful for shoppers who want several different flavours in one order.

New customers can also check the Treat Club signup offer. Simply Cake Co currently advertises 15% off a first order through the Treat Club, while another contact-page signup message advertises 10% off a first brownie box. Because the website displays both offers, shoppers should confirm the applicable offer when subscribing.

The homepage also currently advertises free delivery on orders over £40.

Simply Cake Co Shopping Tips

Check the available bundle options before ordering multiple boxes individually. The Build Your Own Bundle currently offers a 10% saving and allows shoppers to select from several brownie, blondie, cookie and cookie dough options.

For gifts, consider personalised products or gift cards. Simply Cake Co also states that its brownies are designed to fit through an average letterbox, although larger combinations may be packed in a larger parcel.

Customers should also review allergen information before ordering. The bakery handles milk, egg, soya, nuts and peanuts on-site, and full ingredient and allergen information is provided with products and on relevant product pages.

Simply Cake Co Promo Codes

Simply Cake Co promo codes and vouchers are subject to availability. The company's terms state that discount codes, vouchers and sale items can be removed at any time.

For the latest savings, shoppers can check the Treat Club, current product promotions, bundle savings and seasonal specials before placing an order. The bakery also regularly introduces new flavours and monthly specials.

Simply Cake Co Shipping Information

Simply Cake Co currently delivers across the UK using Royal Mail and, for larger items, occasionally a courier. Its FAQ states that standard delivery costs £3.99, with orders generally dispatched on the next working day and most arriving within two working days.

The homepage currently advertises free delivery over £40. Customers should check the delivery charge displayed at checkout because delivery estimates can vary and occasional delays may occur.

The bakery does not currently deliver overseas according to its FAQ.

Simply Cake Co Payment Options

Simply Cake Co accepts online payments and its terms list Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal among the available payment methods. The terms also state that prices and payments are in GBP.

Customers should review the final checkout total, including any applicable delivery charges, before completing an order.

How We Verify Simply Cake Co Coupons

Simply Cake Co coupon information should be checked against the bakery's current website, product pages, Treat Club offers and published terms.

We distinguish between genuine promotional codes and other savings such as bundle discounts, sale pricing and free-delivery thresholds. Where the official website shows different signup offers on different pages, the information is presented with that distinction rather than treating every promotion as the same offer.

Simply Cake Co Savings Guide

For customers ordering several treats, the Build Your Own Bundle is a useful option because Simply Cake Co currently advertises a 10% saving on this product.

New customers can also compare the Treat Club signup offer with any current welcome promotion. The website currently displays a 15% first-order Treat Club offer, while the contact page separately displays 10% off a first brownie box, so customers should confirm which offer applies to their signup.

Checking the free-delivery threshold before checkout can also help customers understand the complete order cost. The homepage currently advertises free delivery over £40.

Simply Cake Co Customer Support

Simply Cake Co provides customer support through its contact form and phone service. The bakery lists its address as Unit 1, Hereford Way, King's Lynn, PE30 4JD, and its phone number as 01553 773699.

The company says it aims to respond within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, although response times may be longer during busy periods and bank holidays.

Simply Cake Co Return & Refund Policy

Because Simply Cake Co sells perishable baked goods, its delivery and returns policy states that refunds or returns are generally not offered except in exceptional circumstances. Customers with an issue should contact the bakery promptly and provide their order number, details of the problem and photographs if requested.

Customers are asked not to consume or dispose of an unsatisfactory order because Simply Cake Co may need to arrange collection for inspection. Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
